Chalet St George is a privately owned traditional alpine home built in 2009.

Perched at 1500m & 200m above the village, it’s position offers enchanting uninterrupted panoramic views over the Rhone Valley, away from the crowds, the queues, the noise and the chaos of tourist life. St George is an idyllic mountain hideaway for groups of friends or families and is situated 50 metres from the edge of the main piste. A short ski down to
the main Telecabine whisks you to 2100 metres in under 10 minutes. The ski back to the chalet offers a wonderful run, which takes around 10 minutes for the top (depending on how fast you ski) and  has amazing panoramic views for the final ski of the
day. This is convenient if wish to ski back to have lunch at the chalet.

Guests can enjoy extensive skiing and other invigorating alpine activities found within the world class 4 Valleys region. Across the piste, 250 metres away, is La Caboulis (restaurant and bar) and is the perfect après ski spot or very convenient dinner venue owned by Jackson. Thoroughly recommended for true Swiss Raclette, fondue and the ‘crows nest’ where your drinks delivered by a cable car!!!

The chalet comprises of a master bedroom with ensuite including bath, two large twin rooms, a mezzanine double bedroom with ensuite including bath & a bunkroom which sleeps 4. There is a large family bathroom with double sinks & spacious walk-in shower-wet room.

The laundry room has a washing machine and large dryer. A storage room has a second fridge freezer, which ensures plenty of room for your food and drink storage.

There is open plan living area with large floor to ceiling windows allowing for maximum Rhone valley viewing & has a TV, DVD and wifi. There is a large natural open fire & the large dinning table makes for socialable après ski and a very socialable dinning. The kitchen area offers a highly socialable cooking experience if you are cooking in and is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob and all accouterments to ensure a wonderful culinary experience.

Downstairs the garage is equipped with the all important boot warmer for 12, which ensures your ski boots are warm and cosy each morning before you step out on the the piste. There is table tennis table for those who wish for some healthy after dinner completion…
